Banana Bread and Apple-y Goodness

There are some things in life that are simply yummy.  :-)

This morning my Mum made sauteed apples.  So much yumminess.  The picture does it absolutely no favours, but there it is.  Tis yum.

And I made banana bread.  Uh oh.

Looks darker in the picture.  Weird.  But yummy!

Oh boy, you know what happens when you put me in the presense of two terribly yummy yummies?

Note the nibbles.  Oh the joy and the delight of sugar and apples and bananas and carbs.  And after the picture? I spooned on more apples in their deliciously caramel-y goodness.  Mmmm...

Banana Bread:
(makes 2 loaves)

Dry:
Flour - 3 1/2 c.

Wet:
Mushed banas - 2 cups
Vegetable oil - 2/3 cup
Sugar - 1 1/2 cups
Eggs - 4

- Combine bananas, oil, sugar, and eggs in a large bowl.  Beat until light and foamy.
